Asian Pancakes

I've decided to make Okonomiyaki because we had left over Cabbages! Then I thought, since we have kimchi at home, why not make Kimchi Buckim for more variety?


Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancake)
Ingredients - Flour, Water, Egg, Shredded Cabbage, Green Onion and Pork.


Kimchi Buckim (Koream Kimchi Pancake)
Ingredients - Flour, Water, Egg, Pork, Kimchi, Green Onion, Chilli Powder, Sliced Carrot and Jade Melon

can i just say, i LOVE okonomiyaki!!? i'm all about the japanese mayo, the sauce and bonito flakes on top! mmm...

I am a BIG fan of Japanese Mayo (The Kewpie Brand) It tastes SO much better than the American ones!
