Dinner Made From Left Over Ingredients #6 & No Carb Meal #3

Today, I thought to myself, I don't want to go to the supermarket. Then I also thought, CM is still on his no carb diet, maybe he's missing carb food. So this is what I came up with.... not pretty looking but it tasted OK!

Requested by my friend who was visiting from Japan, we went to Jumbo Restaurant for our last supper.

Dinner was pricy (because of seafood), but overall, food was good, and my friends enjoyed experiencing dining on a boat. I really liked the Top Deck and I'd love to go there for afternoon tea sometimes.

No Carb Meal

CM has decided to do his south beach diet for 2 weeks. I suck a diet, I like to eat what I like... but I thought I'd be a supportive wife, so I went along with no carb meals when we were able to eat dinner at home! So here you go!

Food in Sanya, Hainan Island!

For our first year anniversary, we went for a get away in Sanya, which is called the Hawaii of China! It's less than 1hr 15mins flight from HK and cheap and had a great time there! There are 3 beaches in Sanya. Sanya Bay, Da Dong Hai, and Yalong Bay. Yalong Bay is a resort area and there must have been around 10 resorts nearby.

African Dinner #2

Dinner Made From Left Over Ingredients #5

Tonight's dinner made from left over eggs and tomatoes + bolognaise sauce. CM says he needs meat!!!

Had lunch with my mom at Sushi Shota. I'm quite a Japanese Food snob, and I really don't enjoy eating non-authentic ones, so when we go eat Japanese, I try to go somewhere owned or managed by Japanese. No dissapointment for sure.

Sushi Shota is a bit pricy, so lunch time would be best to go as the price is a lot more reasonable. We usually get the sushi set where you can pick 8 sushi + 1 sushi roll. Fresh Sashimi... yummmmm!!!
