Te & Pot Luck

Alright boys & girls, this is a HUGE update!

After service, CM and I went to try out this pasta place called Te. Not bad at all! Although we both thought it was silly for them to state that they were "MEMBERS ONLY". We still went in, and all I had to do, was fill out this info card, and THATS IT! I didn't even get a membership card or anything. So strange.

Anyhow, CM and I shared a pasta dish and a salad, cus we knew we were going to have this massive feast for dinner, so here's what we had for lunch:

(I thought they could've atleast give us like a slice of tomato or something! It was just lettuce and Japanese Dressing! I can do that too!)

Attempt on Korean Dishes #2

I'm trying to finish using things in our fridge before we move houses! One of them is the soy bean paste we got from Korea, so I decided to make soondubu tonight, along with 2 korean side dishes.

Lunch at LCK + Light Dinner

Was in CW's side of town again, so she took me to this really cute place called "The True Boss Restaurant" for lunch! They had all these bible verses on the wall, and offer Chinese, Western, Japanese, Taiwanese, South East Asian cusine. They had a bible verse on the back of their business card!

Anyways, I'm not a big fan of fruit salads, especially if I was expecting a "green salad" when I order salads. I always make this mistake by forgetting to ask what kind of salad they are offering. Check out my almost alive beef salad :)

Dinner Made From Left Over Ingredients #7

We had left over Cabbage, Tomatoes, Eggs and Onions, so I went to get some minced pork and tofu to make our dinner tonight! For the cabbage, I used it for salad and hamburger. I chopped it into small pieces and mixed it into the pattie. It was pretty good!

Shueng Shui Home Meals

For Mid Autumn Festival, we all went back to the MA home (CM & DM's parents home) at Sheung Shui celebrate Mid Autumn Festival, DM's bday and to sleep over. I really enjoy going there because it's surrounded by nature, and they're such fun big family to be with, not to mention the amount of good food mom prepares for us! I forgot to take all the pictures :( We had cold crab, shrimps, Chicken, Duck, Veggies, Fish, Soup, SO much food!!! After dinner, we watched The Break Up. Funny... :)

Food in Shanghai!

Finally made a visit to Shanghai after 15 months during our long weekend!!! It's the absolute longest I've been away from my other home. CM and I have this thing for street food... so this time, we hit 4 food streets. It's not quite the same as Taipei Night Markets, but better than nothing! We did find one that we'll definately go back, which is on Wu Jiang Street near Jin An Temple :)

Another thing we really enjoy doing in Shanghai is Go-Karting! We discovered a Xing Jiang Restaurant near the Go-Kart Race Course! So here's where we went after some fun! I LOVE Xin Jiang Food!
